I had an excellent experience at the Jazz Hotel, thanks to the wonderful staff. I’d like to give special recognition to En Daniel, the Manager on Duty, who handled our requests seamlessly. He remained calm and confident, making quick decisions to ensure we got what we needed. I also want to highlight En Johan from the Food & Beverage team, who was exceptionally kind and accommodating. He allowed us to make a reservation for iftar despite the restaurant being fully booked. The Ramadan buffet was outstanding and worth every penny, featuring delicious options like grilled lobsters, BBQ lamb, oysters, and prawns. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was ideal. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Room was bigger than expected. Clean, including facilities such as gym and swimming pool. Staffs were all very kind and helpful. Excellent service! Wide selection for breakfast including chinese, local (nasi lemak), western, continental and kitchen where they whipped up different types of eggs upon request, plenty of fruits & salad. They even had local teh tarik and coffee apart from the machine ones. Nothing exceptional though. They have a seafood buffet on friday and saturday. Though i didn't get to try, it looks value for money. Only issue is probably the dining room which was not clean promptly. We decided to change table once when the spotlight was too strong and found the other table with food crumbs still on the table. And another occasion with ants on the table.

The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the rest of the trip. Our room was spacious and well-designed, with a bathtub that made the stay even more relaxing. To top it off, they even provided a complimentary bath bomb – such a thoughtful touch! We also had a stunning view of the beach, and it was just perfect to wake up to. The location was easy to find, and there was ample parking available, which added to the convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang.

The location is excellent. Hotel just opposite to Lotus and 5 minute walk to Strait Quay Mall. Downstairs has pharmacy, restaurant and Happy mart which is convenient to hotel customers. Staffs working there is friendly and their service is excellent. Price is consider cheap if compare to those hotel with same rating/ service. Worth it
